TITRE : ACQUISITION DE 600 PNEUS AVEC CHAMBRES A AIR ET CANEVAS POUR LE
COMPTE DE L’OFFICE NATIONAL DES TRANSPORTS EN COMMUN (ONATRACOM)

FINANCEMENT : ONATRACOM.

La Direction Générale de l’ONATRACOM lance un avis d’appel d’offres pour la fourniture de 600 pneus de 750-16 (12 PR) avec chambres à air et canevas pour le compte de l’ONATRACOM pour une période de 3 mois.
Le marché est constitué d’un seul lot.
La participation à la concurrence est ouverte à égalité de conditions à toutes les personnes physiques ou sociétés spécialisées dans le domaine et immatriculées au Registre de Commerce de la République du Rwanda.
Le Dossier d’Appel d’Offres pourra être retiré au Secrétariat de l’ONATRACOM, BP 619 KIGALI, Tél 575404/575411, Fax 576126, à partir du 07/07/2008, moyennant paiement de cinquante mille francs rwandais (50.000 Frw) non remboursables au compte N° 040-0045437-74, de l’ONATRACOM, ouvert à la Banque de Kigali ou à la Caisse de l’ONATRACOM.
Les soumissionnaires intéressés à concourir peuvent obtenir des informations supplémentaires au service mentionné ci-dessus au plus tard 14 jours avant la date limite fixée pour le dépôt des offres.
Les offres rédigées en langue française ou anglaise, bien dactylographiées, reliées convenablement et présentées en quatre exemplaires dont un original et trois copies, sous peine d’être rejetées, doivent parvenir sous plis scellés à Monsieur le Directeur Général de l’ONATRACOM, au plus tard le 07/08/2008 à 14h00, accompagnées d’une garantie de soumission d’un montant égal à trois cent mille francs rwandais
(300.000 Frw), émise par une banque ou une société d’assurances agréée.

L’ouverture des offres aura lieu le 07/08/2008, à 10h00 précises, dans la salle de réunions de l’ONATRACOM, en séance publique.

Les exemplaires seront glissés dans une enveloppe dite “ enveloppe intérieure ” portant le nom et l’adresse de la société. Cette enveloppe sera glissée dans une autre enveloppe dite “ enveloppe extérieure ” portant outre le numéro de référence de l’Appel d’Offres, la mention suivante :

TITLE OF TENDER : Acquisition of tyres with tubes and flaps for ONATRACOM

SOURCE OF FUNDS : ONATRACOM

The National Public Transportation calls for national bids for acquisition of 600 tyres 750-16 (12 PR) with tubes and flaps in three months for ONATRACOM.
The tender is composed of 1 lot.
Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all individuals or companies specialised in this domain, registered in Republic of Rwanda.
Tender document can be obtained from the Secretariat of the National Public Transportation, P.O Box 619 Kigali, Tel: 575411/575404 Fax : 576126, Kigali, from 03th July 2008,
upon presentation of a bank receipt for the deposit of a none refundable fee worth Fifty Thousand Rwandan Francs (50,000 Rwf) and should be deposited on the account N° 040-0045437-74 entitled "ONATRACOM", open at the Banque de Kigali or at our cashier.
Potential bidders interested in this tender can obtain additional information from the Secretariat of ONATRACOM not later than 14 days prior to the deadline for the submission of their bids.
Bid documents correctly typewritten in French or English and bound in four copies including one original, in a well sealed envelope, accompanied by a bidding guarantee from Bank or registered insurance company of Three hundred thousand Rwandan Francs (300 000 Rwf ), will be submitted to the Managing Director of National Public Transportation no later than 07th August 2008 at
13 :30 a m local time.
Bids will be opened the same day in the presence of the bidders, representatives who choose to attend the opening in a public session in the National Public Transportation conference room on 07th August 2008 at 14:00 a.m local time
Copies will be submitted in "inner envelop" with the bidder’s name and address. The latter will be put in another "outer envelop" with reference number of the tender and the following address :
